SILVER FOOD is one of the largest fully integrated fish canneries in Morocco operating in Casablanca, Tan-Tan and Dakhla. Specializing in the canning of Sardines, Mackerel and Tuna. The 75,000 m² facility has an annual capacity in excess of 150,000,000 cans (equivalent to over 75,000 tons of raw material/year).
Our 50,000 m² freezing facility in Tan-Tan, has 4 freezing tunnels in addition to a spiral Frozen, ensuring optimum quality and freshness for our clients.
To complete our integrated supply chain, Silver Food hashis own Refrigerated Sea Water (RSW) vessel based in the port of Dakhla. delivering over 200 tonnes of Sardines and Mackerel per day.
Owning the entire supply chain, Silver Food ensures quality products are delivered consistently throughout the year, with a number of third party accreditations. This includes, Certified IFS and and BRC, BSCI and US-FDA registration along with Friends of the Sea.
