Siniora’s legacy dates back to its founding in Jerusalem in 1920. To meet rising regional demand, Siniora Food Industries was established in Jordan in 1992, and acquired by APIC in 1996, enabling major expansion and advanced production capabilities. The company strengthened its regional footprint with Siniora Trading in Saudi Arabia (2009) and Siniora Gulf in the UAE (2014). Strategic acquisitions—Unium (2011), Al-Masa in Dubai (2016), and Turkey’s Tarakya/Polonez (2021)—further cemented its industry leadership. Today, Siniora offers a diverse portfolio of cold cuts, canned meats, frozen foods, and plant-based products under the Badeel brand, and has been listed on the Amman Stock Exchange since 2012.
