Close to the Roccamonfina Regional Protected Park, Sorì is located in a pristine area, a source of irreplaceable riches for the air and the subsoil. DAIRY TRADITION Our production maintains the characteristics of the artisan tradition, conjugated with the volumes, the constancy, and the qualitative standards proper of the Industry. Thanks to the commitment made over the years, our Company today, led by brothers Gaetano and Antonio, fifth generation of Sorrentino family, represents an important Company in the buffalo area sector and in the cow traditional mozzarella and fior di latte production. Developed over a total area of about 36,000 sqm. production of Mozzarella di Bufala Campana PDO, Cow Fior di Latte , Mozzarella, Burrata and Ricotta, combining ancient traditions with modern technology. We invest every day in innovation, productive and technological production, to ensure products that keep their characteristics as long as possible, without altering their natural craftsmanship. The Company has always placed at the heart of its mission the respect of human value seen as a primary resource in the organizational management of work, in relations with suppliers and, not least, in the management of customers. Sorì guarantees a daily production of Buffalo Mozzarella of about 150 tons and a production of cow mozzarella of about 50 tons. A distinctly export-oriented approach, Sorì is still in a strong exporting to more than 40 countries around the world, 38 € million of turnover are estimates for the current year developed for 68xcent in foreign markets. Traditional processing, however, makes the product highly valued locally, and nationally: in the Neapolitan market it’s have sales of about 3 million of euros.
