Souk Farms is a horticultural grower and exporter of premium fresh produce from Rwanda. We produce and export avocados (Hass and Fuerte), French beans, red and green bird’s eye chillies, broccoli, Karela, baby corn, sugar snaps, and snow peas to markets in the UAE, Europe, and the UK. Our operations span approximately 111 hectares. In addition to our in-house production, we operate a dual sourcing model that integrates smallholder farmers through a structured outgrower program. Under this model, we provide farmers with technical support, agricultural inputs, and guaranteed offtake contracts, enabling consistent quality, improved livelihoods, and reliable supply for export markets.
