The Queens Factory is now a family-friendly workplace for more than 100 villagers who are mostly young women and middle-aged housewives. Located in rural Lam Dong Highland, we erected our first factory in 2009. We chose the name “Queens Factory” because we felt it reflected our key value, and suited our approach to focus on supporting women in Lam Ha Village. The Queens Factory is now a family-friendly workplace for more than 100 villagers who are mostly young women and middle-aged housewives.
