The ability to interpret classic flavours, especially in the creation of artisanal ice cream pastes, marked the beginning of a broader project. In 1978 we decided to dedicate ourselves entirely to the creation of high quality semi-finished products and confectionery products, purchasing a first factory located in the evocative hilly landscape of the village of Piobesi d’Alba.
