It is a consortium affiliating leading Italian Food Industry manufacturers. Its aim is to strengthen the presence of its member companies on international markets and to approach emerging markets developing synergies in production, marketing and distribution sector among its members. This strategy of sinergies among members produces several advantages for purchasers and buyers, too. Member manufacturers attending Gulfood are: Acetificio M. De Nigris (vinegar, balsamic vinegar of Modena, seasonings and ketchup), Argiolas Formaggi (sheep cheeses, goat cheeses), Basso (olive oils and Seeds oils), Besana (nuts, dried fruits, seeds, chocolate and snack), Molino Casillo (wheat flour and semolina), Pastificio G. Di Martino e F.lli (durum wheat semolina pasta, bronze died, P.G.I.), Vignola (rice, cereals, pulses and seeds).
