It is a consortium of 16 leading Italian Food and Beverage Companies that promotes on foreign markets Italian high quality products made by its member companies. Its aim is to strengthen the presence of its affiliated companies on international markets and to approach emerging markets developing synergiesamong its members in production, marketing and distribution. Some companies are characterized by a strong desire to claim their Brand, for other companies, the success key is the ability to produce "tailored" products for the customer through the strategy of Private Label, all have contracts with major retail chains abroad. Tradizione Italiana Italian Food Tradition attends Gulfood together with 6 member companies: Oleificio Basso (olive oil), D&D Italia- D'Amico (preserved mushrooms, vegetable, pesto, sauces), De Nigris ( balsamic vinegar, condiments), Di Leo (biscuits, savoiardi, bakery products), Di Martino (pasta), La Doria (peeled,canned tomatoes, legumes, fruit juice).
