Caseificio Valcolatte uses cow’s milk of suppliers coming from the Italian «Milk District», an area where Parmigiano Reggiano is born and still produces. We have created a strong relationship with our milk suppliers and, some of them, have been working with us since the 80’s. Over the years, Valcolatte has developed various product lines to meet the different needs of a reactive market such as that linked to the world of pizzerias. Alongside the premium quality lines, a whole series of lines with a high service content and a tailor-made cost for each customer have been created. In Italy Valcolatte is recognized as a supplier of high quality products. Our brands: Fiorditalia, Fioretto, Caseificio Valcolatte and Bontà di Lilli, are all produced with 100% Italian milk and designed to be suitable for any type of oven. It aims to be the benchmark for culture and excellence in the dairy world.
