Over the past 60 years, V&V Walsh has grown from humble beginnings as a family butcher to one of the largest meat processing facilities in Australia.
As a division of the larger Craig Mostyn Group, V&V Walsh leverage industry experience, long-standing relationships and world-class facilities to deliver quality meat products for domestic and global markets.
We pride ourselves on delivering high food quality standards for customers, meeting regular inspections by Australian Government departments and regulatory bodies.
At our state-of-the-art facility, we employ 650 people, produce more than 37 million kilograms of protein annually and are export and Halal accredited.
We recently invested $50 million in an automated Cold Storage Facility that enables us to produce premium quality products as quickly and freshly as possible.
For our own premium Amelia Park lamb and beef brand, we work with the best farmers hand-selecting lamb and cattle raised on mineral-rich coastal pastures.
