Established in 1994, Yarra Valley Dairy produces fine-quality, hand-crafted soft cheeses, Their flagship product, Persian Fetta, is a fresh cow's milk cheese marinated in garlic, bay leaves, fresh thyme, peppercorns and olive oil.
Sold nationally in all major supermarkets and small premium retailers, Yarra Valley Dairy cheeses are also sold through their popular Farmgate Cheese Shop which services around 48k local and international customers annually.
