Founded by Zer Holding in 2002 in the Gaziantep 3rd Organized Industrial Zone, Zer Yağ Sanayi produces a wide range of food products including vegetable oil, ketchup, mayonnaise, bouillon, instant soup, instant desserts, vanilla sugar, baking powder, whipped cream, pudding, and cocoa. The first-class food products grown on our lands are exported to markets across the world, with the domestic market being the primary destination. The company ranks among the top 500 exporters of the last 10 years, contributing significantly to the national economy. According to data from the Aegean Exporters’ Associations, it was the export champion in the olive and olive oil category in 2011 and 2012.
