In the extreme south of Serbia and the sunniest regions of our country, Žuti List was born. We prepare our ajvar exclusively from Kurtovska Kapija — a variety of paprika that is still carefully grown in the south of Serbia, under the watchful eye of hardworking owners. Thanks to its high sugar content, this pepper caramelizes during roasting and gives ajvar a distinctive, full flavor. Our products may carry the spirit of a bygone era, but they are made for today’s moments — the ones we pause, enjoy and share. There are Mediterranean and Mezetluk, as well as extra jams and healthy fruit spreads made from 100% fruit — only the best from nature.
