Alqueria Halal starts to satisfy the needs of a consumer market that is not found in the
market-quality beef sausages. Is a startup company, has installed a new facility
adapting HACCP systems. It aims to project a modern industry based on the high
quality of manufactured products, which try to reproduce in a controlled way the
traditional production systems.
The centre has a production capacity of 5.000 kg per month. We can duplicate it easily.
The centre has drier areas with controlled temperature and humidity where the
charcuterie products are cured.
