Our biggest highlight last year was that our own EFJ Brand Emperor Oysters won the 2024 Gulfood Dubai Frozen/Refrigerated Innovation Award, and were tasted by Agriculture Ministers from around the world at the G20 Sao Paulo, Brazil, for the first time in Japan. We also received very high praise from Michelin star chefs at the Italian Cuisine Summit held at Abū Dhabī Ferrari Park This location meets high standards for all the elements most important for seafood, including minerals, mountains, rivers, sea, temperature, and humidity, and the Japanese call it a "The Legendary Island" created by nature.
