APPLICATION
Primary use: milk for direct consumption as a source of protein.
Milk blends enriched with instant vegetable fat (palm or coconut) are also highly suitable for the production of soups, creams, sauces, food premixes, beverages, yogurts, coffee and tea whiteners, desserts, and many other products.
