Minerva offers a wide variety of canned fish (sardine, mackerel, etc.), handmade according to the Portuguese canning tradition for more than 80 years. This tradition stands out especially in the manufacture of sardines and mackerel, achieving a top quality handmade product to enjoy in the purest gourmet style. Its elaboration starts with the selection of the best fresh specimens during the season for its subsequent manual canning, adding only a covering liquid based on extra virgin olive oil or other sauces made with traditional ingredients.
