Shullsburg Creamery began in 1934 with a vat of handmade cheddar and has continued its tradition of excellence for more than 80 years. The Shullsburg cheese manufacturing plant specializes in traditionally handmade cheeses and boasts an expansive portfolio of cheese and cheese accompaniments sold under the Shullsburg Creamery brand. The Shullsburg cheese plant joined the Prairie Farms family in 2020.
