HasTavuk has moved to the first place among the world's best factories with its slaughterhouses with a processing capacity of 14,000 pieces per hour, established in Susurluk in May 2013. The Aeroscalder system, which was established for the first time in Turkey with the investment of HasTavuk, received the golden invention award in Europe. With this system, chicken feathers are softened with intense moist air flow instead of hot water. With this method, an extremely hygienic production is made and the natural color, natural taste and aroma of the products are preserved. RapidRigor and meat curing technology, which makes chicken meat softer, more delicious, prevents the muscles from hardening after slaughter and makes it last longer, are used for the first time in Turkey by HasTavuk together with Aeoroscalder. At HasTavuk Slaughterhouse, slaughtering is done by hand in accordance with Islamic procedures.
