Japan Fisheries Farm to Table

Why are we so highly rated? The reason Our production base is called Kitagi Island, 30km away from the mainland in Okayama Prefecture, Japan, and is also known as the "Little Hokkaido of the South." We operate our fisheries industry on the island, which has a population of less than 100 people and a magnificent land and sea with a more elegant natural environment. Approximately 600 years ago, volcanic activity and changes in the topography caused the Highly sloping land to sink into the sea, leaving behind the mountaintop as an island. As a result, the magma cooled and solidified, forming a land made up of granite. This location meets high standards for all the elements most important for seafood, including minerals, mountains, rivers, sea, temperature, and humidity, and the Japanese call it a "The Legendary Island" created by nature. We are pleased to be able to show you the seafood collected from Japan's proud "The Legendary island." We look forward to seeing you at our booth.
