Apple Vinegar
Apple cider vinegar is a product that is made from apple juice through a fermentation process. The main ingredient is apple juice, which is fermented by bacteria and yeast. During this process, the sugars in the juice are converted into alcohol and then into acetic acid.
This is followed by a filtration process, which removes any solid particles and microorganisms such as yeast. After filtration, a clean, clear liquid product is left, free of sediment and microflora.
Apple cider vinegar is known for its health benefits, including skin and hair health and aiding digestion. It also has powerful antimicrobial properties. Apple cider vinegar is also rich in B vitamins, vitamins C and E, and minerals such as copper, iron, magnesium, potassium, manganese, and copper.
