Lisko has been producing Bulgur wheat of high quality and taste since 1984. Bulgur wheat consists of cooked and then milled wheat kernels. Lisko works closely with local farmers, using the best varieties of durum (hard) wheat which offer to our product its unique colour and taste. Bulgur is rich in plant based protein, minerals and fiber while having low fat, calories and glycemic index.  Available in bulk, retail ready or private label packets.
