High fat DC is available in Medium, Fine and Super Fine grades. It is also available as Chips, Flakes, Threads and Shreds, and slightly sweetened and toasted as well. Low fat DC is a by-product from coconut milk, with fat content ranging from 45-55%. Desiccated Coconut is perfect for use by various industries that require the natural exotic taste & crunch of coconut. It is widely used in the Confectionery and Bakery trades as toppings for cakes and pastries; fillers for candy bars; chocolates etc.  Many households use DC in the preparation of numerous dishes, as toppings in breakfast cereals, granolas and snack mixes. This product is available in both organic and conventional forms. We manufacture under our own brand as well as contract manufacturing for private label.
