Chicken Hot Pot With Bird's Eye Chilli
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Step 1: Marinate whole chicken with 2 tbsp of soy sauce or dark soy sauce. Keep in 15 minutes.Step 2: Fry or grill whole chicken to make color of chicken skin getting yellow-brown (Can cook with whole chicken without fry or grill)Step 3: Pour 3-3.5 liters of water with a full bag of Mixed herbs & spices of Chicken Hot Pot, whole chicken, cook in 50 minutes. (can use coconut water to make a nice flavor of soup).Step 4: Flavor the soup with salt sugar, boil in 10 minutes. Take chicken out of the pot, tear or cut into small pieces then put into the pot again.Step 5: Use chicken hot pot with noodles, vegetables.
