Chopped Sayer dates are produced by cutting Sayer dates into small cubic particles. Usually, soy or rice flour is added in order to reduce the stickiness. It is usually used for direct consumption in snacks, cereal, and baked products and/or in medicine or industrial uses. There are two types of Chopped Dates: 1. Chopped Sayer Dates 4mm x 8mm 2. Chopped Sayer Dates 8mm x 12mm Packaging: 5kg | 10kg & We can provide other packing types upon our customer’s request. The moisture level of Chopped Dates is around 15%.
