The dried cranberries are processed from healthy and mature cranberries (Vaccinium macrocarpon). They are infused in sucrose solution, dried and sprayed with a light quantity of oil. The cranberries are subsequently sliced in julienne and the cranberry powder is added to prevent clumping of the product. The product is prepared with Non-GMO ingredients. No preservatives, flavour or colour is added.
