Campos de Uleila is a unique ecological oil, with notes of fresh fruit, almonds and grapevines, but also hours of sunshine, the sea breeze and the solitude of the desert.  Made with organic olives from our own farm and harvested in mid-October. The fact that the fruit is still green gives rise to an Extra Virgin of intense green fruitiness.
