Concentrated Coffee Extract
Through concentration technologies, part of the water is eliminated by freezing. By using low temperatures, this process aims to increase the soluble solids content of the product without interfering with the natural flavour of the coffee. The extract is finally packaged at low temperatures, thus preserving its sensory characteristics up to its final application.
