DOUGH FRYING SHORTENING
Longlife frying shortening which produced using palm oil from selective harvest system. It provides a unique combination of high utility values and a favourable nutritional profile. Palm and Soybean provide high resistance to adverse changes occurring during frying, extending the life of frying of about 60% longer than partially hydrogenated soybean oil (Confirmed by Testo TPM Analyzer). Featured real American juicy donut taste of lasting sweet beany aroma. It does not impart off odour in fried food. It is cost savings. High smoke point above 235°C to ensure safety at work.
