A golden Kashmary Raisin is produced from special variety of grapes which is known Peikami long raisins and produces from grapes that are local Iranian type (Kashmar is a region in the North East of the country) with long shape and bleached with standard sulfur and it is very popular for daily consumption. The only difference with green Kashmary is in the standard percentage of sulfur. The product is double washed, laser sorted and passed the X-RAY machine as well as metal detected.
