Green lentil
Elite green lentils are high-nutritional varieties: they contain a lot of protein, fiber, minerals, vitamin B1 and very little fat. It has a light nutty hue, a delicate texture, and retains its shape after cooking. It cooks faster than other legumes, is easier to digest by the human body and is excellent in salads and soups, meat, fish and vegetable dishes.
