Fat Filled milk powder
For producing Yogurt, Lait caille, Ice cream, bakery, confectionary, drinking milk etc. Can be produced with high or low protein percentage. Can be produced in customer's bags (under the private label). Standard formulas are (but also can be tailored to customer's needs): 32% fat - 11% protein, 28% fat - 24% protein, 28% fat - 19% protein, 28% fat - 10% protein, 20% fat - 16% protein, 19% fat - 12% protein, 15% fat - 3% protein.
