Mascarpone
Mascarpone is a creamy, velvety soft cheese, one of few on the market manufactured according to a traditional Italian recipe. Thick and creamy, it is a perfect ingredient in tiramisu and other desserts, cakes and pastry creams. It has a delicate sweet flavour and velvety texture, which adds richness to the flavour of hot dishes: sauces, pasta, meat, vegetables, or even pizza and casseroles.
