Our octopus is caught in open waters, close to home, in the historic Gran Sol fishing grounds, northwest of Galicia. Obsessed with quality, we use only natural ingredients, such as real garlic. We select the best part of the octopus, the tentacles, leaving the head aside. Prepare in Marinera Sauce, made with spices and oil.
