Our Ottima pasta, which is made with 100% durum wheat semolina, is rich in proteins (13%) and has a strong cooking resistance, as well as a slow drying time at low temperature, which makes it suitable to double cooking. Each of these elements, together with the double square bottom packing of our pasta, results in a high-quality product.
