Pistachio Kernels: Obtained by shelling closed-shell pistachios, they can be consumed both as an ingredient in food and bakery industries and as a roasted snack. On average, around 16,000 tons of pistachio kernels are exported from Iran each year. The top three markets are India, the Middle East and the EU.
