Pistachio Kernels Raw Bozich
Pistachio Kernels are perfect to eat fresh without the pesky shells on the roasted and salted version. Chop them up and sprinkle over salads, add a crunchy texture to gelato, or use as a filling in baklava. You can also blend with olive oil and herb to make a creamy salad dressing.
