A Sicilian variety, autochthonous cultivar“Nocellara”, among the most valuable, harvested in Castelvetrano, in the province of Trapani, before they are ripe so that the pulp is crunchy and the color remains a bright green. The olives have a rounded shape, a unique flavor: fruity and sweet
