European prunes dried in gas ovens, tenderized and packed in boxes and in 25kgs bags, pitted and unpitted. Our prunes are recognized worldwide for their excellent quality, which we mainly obtain by drying them in our modern ovens, by way of a strictly controlled process. Thanks to this, we obtain dried prunes with a uniform humidity and an excellent colour and taste. In addition, we monitor our prunes from our own orchards right up until the final product, and therefore have complete traceability of our processes.
