Olive Oil is a blend of refined olive oil obtained from diligently produced olive oil, with good quality extra virgin olive oil. It is well processed, thus has a harmonious taste. Our olive oil has oleic acid, of not more than 1 gram per 100 grams and its other properties correspond to those fixed for this category in this standard. It is good for cooking and frying.
