Tenten Freeze-dried Yogurt Melts are mainly made with Yogurt [UHT Milk (Milk Soy), Sugar, Inulin, Potato Starch, Lactic Acid Bacteria (Bifidobacterium species, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobocillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus, Streptococcus thermophilus)], Vitamin B1 and Calcium.  Our Yogurt Melts are perfectly sized for picking up and melt very good in mouth. The freeze-drying retains nutritional value better than other drying methods besides preserves the actual color and natural flavor.
