Virgin Olive Oil
It is pure olive oil with free acidity expressed as oleic acid, not more than 2 grams per 100 gr,ams and other properties corresponding to those specified in this category in the IOC standard.
It is obtained from the fruit of the olive tree by applying mechanical or physical processes such as washing, crushing, kneading, centrifugat,ion and filtering processes in a thermal environment that will not cause any change in its natural qualities.
