Our three plants in Argenta (Ferrara), including one dedicated to gluten-free production, ensure high efficiency and sustainability. With an annual capacity of 54 million kilos (over 24 million cases), we offer packaging from 250g boxes to 1,000kg big bags. We produce Bia couscous and supply major brands, retailers, and restaurant chains in Italy and in 50 countries, also serving other packaging companies. Our distinctive process uses specialized equipment that replicates traditional hand movements, gently steaming and drying couscous from various raw materials using only water. Couscous is environmentally efficient: it absorbs all water with no waste, can be prepared with room-temperature water, and comes in fully recyclable, plastic-free packaging.
