The olives come from millennial and centennial trees that are hand-picked, while the intensive olive groves are harvested mechanically, in full respect of nature and the environment. In order to offer the consumer, the best olive oil, Ourogal uses the most modern technology and produces only 1st cold pressed olive oils.
