Paladin is our brand for artisan cheese produced in Germany for the international market. For more than 60 years, our traditional quality brand has been championing products with the finest characteristics: cheeses that slice beautifully, melt well and have an outstanding flavour. Our varied assortment ranges from classic hard and semi-hard cheese to delicate mozzarella. In total, we produce about 20 varieties of cheese with different fat contents, shapes, sizes and packaging. They go to cheese counters in retail stores, as well as to bulk buyers, the catering trade and directly to the end consumer.
