Paone Pasta Factory was founded in 1878 and it is the oldest and most qualified Italian company maker of high quality pasta. Paone combines its history with the history of Italy. Through the years the company was subjected to several reconstructions. From the beginning to today the factory produces pasta according to the rules and the recipes of traditions: fresh natural water and selected high protein of semolina and right time of dessication, all derivied by "Know How" of years of productions and reserch.
