Yamaishi, established 1950, has been producing processed seafoods over 70 years in Ibaraki prefecture. The Major item is salted and dried, deep fried, and flouwered capelin from Canada. Also we have greeneyes, smelt products from Ibaraki, and big deep fried oysters from Setonaikai sea in Japan. We are specially focusing on quality, and we inspect raw materials in Newfoundland Canada each year. Yamaishi is the only company which has been buying canadian capelin for more than 40 years with checking raw materials by our connoiseur skill. Our goal is to make solid and long term good relationship with our new customer. For our goals, we renovationing our plant to get FDAHACCP to complite our safty missions as a Japanese seafood producing company.
