Lionheart Brings Coconut Sap Products from Palawan to Gulfood 2026
Lionheart presents its range of coconut sap-based beverages, condiments, sauces, and sweeteners at Gulfood 2026 in Dubai
Lionheart presents its portfolio of coconut sap–based food products at Gulfood 2026, joining global suppliers and buyers at one of the world’s largest food and beverage trade events. This Philippine company sources coconut flower sap from smallholder farmers in Palawan through harvesting methods that preserve coconut palms, and support long-term agricultural yields. The sap forms the base for beverages, condiments, sauces, and sweeteners developed for modern retail, foodservice, and ingredient use. Their product lineup feature naturally low glycemic sweetness and clean flavor, responding to rising demand for alternatives to refined sugar and conventional syrups. The range addresses buyer priorities around traceable origin, functional performance, and consistent supply across international markets. Participation in Gulfood follows support from the Philippine Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and the Philippine Trade and Investment Center (PTIC) in Dubai. Trade missions ahead of the event strengthened export readiness and facilitated introductions to partners across the Gulf Cooperation Council and neighboring regions. Interest from retailers and distributors reflects broader shifts in consumer purchasing behavior, with increased attention on ingredient sourcing, production methods, and label clarity. Conversations at the event focus on long-term supply relationships, regional distribution strategies, and category growth rather than short-term placements. Lionheart produces its coconut sap–based products in the Philippines for export to global markets, aligning responsible sourcing with commercial scale and market reliability. The company positions coconut sap as a versatile ingredient for evolving global food categories today worldwide.
