Our Red and White Sparkling Grape Juice Drink is made with grapes from our vineyards located in Corral de Almaguer (Toledo-Spain), at an average altitude of 750 meters above sea level, in two farms with its own characteristics but with some elements in common. We have a warm and dry continental climate, with hot days and cool nights, suitable for growing a vineyard capable of providing high quality grapes. The soil is sandy loam, formed by limestone earth, stones and clay veins. The Grape Juice is produced in our Grape Juice Processing plant: Bodegas Don Quijote, in Manzanares (Ciudad Real-Spain), with the latest processing techniques: pressing with Pneumatic Press and then a tangential filtration that ensures that we obtain of a 100% Natural, High Quality product. The Grape Varieties that are used to obtain these Grape Juices are: RED 100% Tempranillo: large cluster with blue/red hues, soft pulp and weak pigmentation which, when the grapes are squeezed, gives the juice a pale red color. In tasting it has very intense aromas of red and wild fruits and very soft florals. WHITE 100% Airén: large yellow clusters, and very juicy pulp with a pale yellow juice. In tasting it has intense aromas of banana and apple and a floral reminiscence.
