Ramirez Sardines elected the best in Brazil in experts’ blind tasting
The panel of judges – composed of chefs Alexandre Park, Marcelo Corrêa Bastos, Vítor Sobral and Thaís Martinho – evaluated eight brands according to rigorous criteria such as texture, aroma, flavor, salt balance, fillet integrity and presentation. Ramirez’s sardines in oil (which, for legal reasons, have a slightly different designation in Brazil) clearly stood out, winning first place.
