It was established in 1992 in Nineveh Governorate, and its establishment has been overseen by a family that has been involved in tahini production for a long time. It is considered the founder of the industrial revolution in tahini production in Nineveh Governorate, as it was the first to package the new product, transport it, and send it to all Iraqi markets, and eventually to European and international markets. It also produces date syrup, tahini, and sesame paste.
